Council addresses residents' concerns over snow removal

“Ward 5 Councilwoman Dawn Carbone- McDonald addressed tree trimming in the city and said she would like to invite a representative of First Energy to speak at the next committee meeting in response to many branches leaning on wires. She said First Energy will trim branches leaning on their power lines.”
